Some paths to wellness are straight lines. Others are spiral journeys — ones that move through science and soul, through the body and the earth, through everything you thought you knew about health until something deeper called you forward.
That’s the path that shaped The Earth Alchemist.
For over 16 years, I worked in personal training — learning the body from the inside out, building real credibility in movement, performance, and physical health. But the more I worked with people, the more I understood that the body is never the whole story. Behind every plateau, every pattern of self-sabotage, every person who “knew what to do but couldn’t do it” — there was something deeper asking to be met.
That understanding sent me on a journey of my own.
I trained in health and wellness coaching, advanced nutrition, and life coaching through Trifocus Fitness Academy. I studied alternative and complementary energy healing through the Prajna Institute. I earned a Bachelor’s in Metaphysical Science through the University of Metaphysics and the University of Sedona. I became a Reiki Master in the Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition, working through Levels I, II, and III with the International School of Reiki. And long before any of this, I built a grounding in commerce, law, and finance through the University of South Africa — a foundation that taught me to think with both rigour and strategy.
Each qualification added a layer. But together, they point to one thing: a deep, unwavering belief that true wellness cannot be separated from the whole person — body, mind, energy, story, and sovereignty.
I guide people who are ready to stop managing their lives and start owning them — through the intelligence of the earth, the wisdom of plants, and the deep work of becoming sovereign in body, food, and story.
Based in Somerset West in the Cape Winelands of South Africa, The Earth Alchemist is a space for those who are done with surface-level solutions. For the ones who sense there is more available to them. For the ones who are ready to go all the way to the root.

Nature heals
The earth is the original healer. Plants are our oldest medicine. We return to both as our primary source of nourishment, wisdom, and wonder.
Wholesome is possible
True wellness is a living, breathing state of balance. We approach health integratively: the mind, the body, the soul, and the energy that moves between them.
Food is medicine
Plant-based food is not a diet — it is a philosophy. A ceremony. A daily act of choosing life. We cook, teach, and advocate for food that heals.
Justic is wellness
We cannot talk about wellness while ignoring hunger. Sustainability means caring for the systems that feed us all — and fighting for nourishment as a right.
Beyond the individual

To guide individuals and communities back to wholeness through the alchemy of nature, plant-based nourishment, and conscious living — and to advocate fiercely for a world where every person has access to real, dignified, sustainable food.
VISION
A world where no one is starving — for food, for healing, or for belonging. Where the wisdom of nature is accessible to all, and where every person understands that nourishing themselves is both a personal act and a planetary one.
